Every service is tailored to you because I believe your brows should be as unique as you are. At my studio excellence is not just the goal it’s the expectation💐.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling & Cancellations • Any changes must be made 24 hours before your appointment. • All cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. • Rescheduling within 24 hours requires a new deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service total. • No-shows who do not contact me are subject to being blocked from booking future appointments. Late Policy • Please let me know if you’re running late. • I offer a 6-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is canceled, marked as a no-show, and the deposit is forfeited. Deposit Transfers • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred once if the reschedule is made before the 24-hour window. Failed Cards • Invalid or declined cards will result in being blocked from booking until the balance is paid.
